Batali hill

 Jilapi is a very popular confectionery in Bangladesh that has a lot of punches. The hilly road at Batali Hill also looks like Jilapi, which is why it is called 'Jilapi Hill'. There will be a different feeling when you climb to the top of the hill. When you reach the top of Batali hill, you will find a place to rest for some time. This highest peak is called Shatayu Aangan. Going up to the highest peak of Batali Hill, one can get an idea by looking at the whole city of Chittagong at a glance. A large number of people climb to the top of the hill to breathe in the fresh air and enjoy the breathtaking view of the sunset in the Bay of Bengal. Many years ago there was a lighthouse on Batali Hill to guide ships sailing in the high seas. A cannon was placed on Batali Hill during World War II.
